Baseball League

In the Spring and early Summer months of every year, the Challenger League likes to host our Annual Baseball Season. Every Sunday night for about 2 months, we play baseball from 5pm to 6pm at Davis Thayer Elementary School on the Softball Field. All of the kids have the oppurtunity to bat and even play the field! Every game we will have one of our own coaches pitch (who tends to get lit up on a consistent basis). For kids who might need a little help too, the Challenger League provides coaches who will help a kid swing or run the bases etc. There are even a number of occasions where we will have a recreational baseball team come down and help as well. In the end, all of the kids get their at bats and usually leave smiling!
